Regular shipping:

In stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase and will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the customer via USPS or UPS ground(FedEx ground may be also be used). Out of stock items may add an additional 2-4 days before shipping. Production and shipping times vary for customized and laser engraved products; please refer to the item descriptions. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service priority mail and usually arrives within 2-3 days.

Rush Shipping:

Rush shipping is offered using next day air, next day air saver, 2nd day air and 3 day select.

For a rush order to ship the same day as placed the order must be placed by 12pm EST M-F. If the order is not placed by 12pm EST it will ship the next business day. Orders should arrive on the specified delivery date. See example below.

Example using 2nd day air: Order placed by 12noon Monday; order ships Monday and arrives Wednesday evening.

Rush orders will be delivered Mon-Fri unless arrangements for a Saturday delivery has been made in advance.

Next Day Air (By morning early AM): This service is not available for all areas.

Saturday delivery: not available for all areas, arrangements must be made in advance.

Returns:

You can return unused, non-customized items for a full merchandise refund up to 30 days after you received the shipment. Shipping and/or expediting charges will not be refunded. Ship to:
